A new website has launched this week that I’m very excited to bring to you. It’s called Breastfeeding Place, and I’ll bet you can guess what it’s all about. I calculated the other day that with our four children combined, I have spent almost eight years nursing little people. That number is only going to climb higher with another little bundle on the way!
I really believe that Breastfeeding Place is going to be a fantastic resource for nursing moms, so much so that I will be joining the efforts of 18 other experienced women as one of the contributing writers! Together we calculated over 70 years of combined breastfeeding experience, hopefully making this new site a wealth of information, wisdom, and encouragement.
What Will You Find on Breastfeeding Place?
Besides the writings of 19 ladies with 70-plus years experience, you’ll find a host of breastfeeding topics covered, such as:
- Breastfeeding Basics (common questions, myths, and issues resolved)
- Breastfeeding Accessories (pumps, pillows, pads, and more)
- Breastfeeding Multiples (if you’ve done it, you have my most sincere admiration!)
- Breastfeeding Encouragement for Mom (because we all need it sometime)
Plus, you’ll find me there every other month as a part-time contributor.
